The 1/4 Beef share is perfect for a small family yielding between 120-160 lbs of meat for your freezer. 

 

The hanging weight is usually between 180-220 lbs *This is the weight you are charged for*

A typical 1/4 beef share includes:

​

2 lbs of Filet Mignon

6-10 lbs Sirloin Steaks 

8-12 lbs Roasts

10-12 lbs of Ribeye or New York Steaks

4-8 lbs Short ribs

10-15 lbs of Steaks

50 lbs of Ground Beef or Stew meat

 

(Ground beef can also be made into sausage,

cured meat, beef sticks and burger patties)

All of these cuts can be custom cut and wrapped to your specification.

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your 1/4 share

Deposits go towards the final price
